Au cours de la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie, le concept de durabilit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement mis en lumi\u00e8re et utilis\u00e9 pour couvrir les nombreux d\u00e9fis de nos temps modernes. Utilis\u00e9 pour sensibiliser les populations aux enjeux, plus pr\u00e9sents que jamais, en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de r\u00e9silience environnementales. Mais aussi pour nous faire prendre conscience de notre responsabilit\u00e9 dans la gestion de ces m\u00eames ressources. Pour nous faire comprendre pourquoi on doit \u00e9viter, par des actions concr\u00e8tes, l'\u00e9puisement de nos ressources afin de maintenir un \u00e9quilibre \u00e9cologique. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Vivre durablement ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Alors voil\u00e0 pour le concept. Mais, en pratique, comment vivre durablement ? En quoi consiste un mode de vie durable ? En tant qu'individus, quel est notre r\u00f4le l\u00e0-dedans une fois qu'on y int\u00e8gre le facteur humain ? Quel est l'enjeu r\u00e9el et qu'attend-on exactement de nous pour maintenir cet \u00e9quilibre \u00e9cologique ? En d'autres termes, que pouvons-nous faire pour rendre notre monde un peu meilleur, petit \u00e0 petit ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poser un regard honn\u00eate.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Eh bien, choisir un mode de vie respectueux de l'environnement,<\/a> c'est choisir de fonctionner sans cr\u00e9er d'impact n\u00e9gatif suppl\u00e9mentaire sur l'empreinte \u00e9cologique de notre plan\u00e8te. De fa\u00e7on tangible, on commence par prendre conscience de la fa\u00e7on dont nos actions affectent notre environnement. On s'y int\u00e9resse, on en comprend les tenants et les aboutissants. Et on fait ce qu'il faut pour rem\u00e9dier aux probl\u00e8mes inh\u00e9rents. On introduit ou r\u00e9introduit des m\u00e9thodes efficaces pour r\u00e9duire les cons\u00e9quences de nos mauvaises habitudes qui se sont insidieusement install\u00e9es. On travaille \u00e0 rectifier nos erreurs du pass\u00e9, oui. Mais on en tire aussi des enseignements. Pour pouvoir laisser \u00e0 nos g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures un environnement plus sain. On redonne ainsi \u00e0 certaines zones touch\u00e9es de notre globe leur gloire d'antan et on am\u00e9liore la sant\u00e9 de notre plan\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Et tout cela commence ici m\u00eame, \u00e0 la porte atlantique de notre vaste pays. Notre terre ancestrale et notre terre d'accueil. Notre chez-nous. \u00c7a commence avec vous, \u00e7a commence avec nous. Avec nous tous. Chacun de nous a le pouvoir d'initier le changement et de faire une diff\u00e9rence.
