Un autre No\u00ebl de pass\u00e9. Des f\u00eates m\u00e9morables pour certains, \u00e0 oublier bien vite pour d'autres. Sentiments mitig\u00e9s, nouveaux d\u00e9parts. \u00c0 travers le deuil ou l'amour trouv\u00e9. Nous avons tous abord\u00e9 cette saison des f\u00eates avec nos r\u00e9alit\u00e9s bien \u00e0 nous, nos espoirs et nos appr\u00e9hensions. Et peu importe si ce fut effectivement un v\u00e9ritable succ\u00e8s ou \u00e9chec lamentable, une chose reste s\u00fbre : il y a toujours place \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration. Parce que maintenant, c'est l'apr\u00e8s No\u00ebl, le temps o\u00f9 tout est encore possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mati\u00e8re \u00e0 am\u00e9lioration ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mais oui ! Cette f\u00eate a peut-\u00eatre \u00e9t\u00e9 parfaite pour certains d'entre nous, mais il doit y avoir au moins une chose qu'on aurait voulu faire encore mieux, diff\u00e9remment. La bonne nouvelle, c'est que maintenant, c'est le moment id\u00e9al pour s'attaquer \u00e0 ce qui aurait pu ou aurait d\u00fb aller mieux. On est tr\u00e8s en avance sur notre temps\u2026 pour l'ann\u00e9e prochaine<\/a> !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alors on commence d\u00e8s maintenant, pendant que tout est encore frais, \u00e0 penser \u00e0 toutes ces petites choses qu'on aurait pu am\u00e9liorer pour profiter un peu plus de cette douce p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un regard sur nos f\u00eates.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Petit retour sur les derniers jours pass\u00e9s. Alors qu'ils sont encore assez proches pour nous permettre d'explorer v\u00e9ritablement tout ce qu'on a ador\u00e9, et ce qu'on aurait aim\u00e9 changer un peu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. La logistique<\/a>. Des jours de cong\u00e9 au d\u00e9cor des f\u00eates, un regard sur la meilleure fa\u00e7on de g\u00e9rer notre temps \u00e0 l'approche de la saison festive. Et pourquoi c'est bien mieux d'en avoir moins quand il s'agit de d\u00e9corer nos beaux sapins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. La nourriture<\/a>. Les longues heures pass\u00e9es derri\u00e8re les fourneaux nous ont appris comment g\u00e9rer au mieux le festin de l'ann\u00e9e prochaine. Et comment un peu de planification peut nous garantir le plus beau des cadeaux \u00e0 offrir \u00e0 nos proches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Les cadeaux<\/a>. Comment ne pas s'ensevelir sous des montagnes de papier cadeau. Et ce qu'on peut faire pour que No\u00ebl prochain soit le meilleur \u00e0 date, avec un peu d'effort et beaucoup, beaucoup d'amour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Les finances<\/a>. Par o\u00f9 commencer pour ne pas d\u00e9passer nos limites ni crouler sous le poids des remords tout en profitant au maximum des moments partag\u00e9s pendant la p\u00e9riode des f\u00eates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Les \u00e9motions<\/a>. Comment se pr\u00e9parer mentalement tout au long de l'ann\u00e9e pour profiter pleinement de ce moment de partage et de retrouvailles avec nos proches pour un marathon de nourriture et de souvenirs.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
