Et comment, avec un peu de planification, on peut s'assurer d'avoir le plus beau des cadeaux \u00e0 offrir \u00e0 nos proches. On se penche sur comment pr\u00e9parer un No\u00ebl encore meilleur, une fois \u00e0 table devant de bons petits plats\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">On vient de passer pas mal de temps \u00e0 nos fourneaux, \u00e0 mitonner \u00e0 l'avance un v\u00e9ritable festin pour pouvoir en profiter sans soucis tout au long des festivit\u00e9s\u2026 Mais on s'est quand m\u00eame retrouv\u00e9 \u00e0 devoir cuisiner <a href=\"https:\/\/islandstocottages.com\/fr\/meilleur-noel-emotions\/\">\u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute<\/a>, parce qu'il n'y avait pas assez de restes pour satisfaire notre estomac d\u00e9pourvu de sa fid\u00e8le routine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>La solution.<\/strong> On pose un regard honn\u00eate sur les f\u00eates de fin d'ann\u00e9e et on <a href=\"https:\/\/islandstocottages.com\/fr\/l-apres-noel\/\">pr\u00e9pare un plan d'action pour am\u00e9liorer notre table l'ann\u00e9e prochaine<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-heading\">Les bons points, et les moins bons.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Il est donc temps de prendre en note ce qu'on a aim\u00e9 pr\u00e9parer cette ann\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re de nourriture. Et ce qu'on a aim\u00e9 manger surtout. Ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 un franc succ\u00e8s. Le copieux Cassoulet a \u00e9t\u00e9 parfait, vraiment riche ! Il a dur\u00e9 plusieurs jours aussi. Et tellement facile \u00e0 r\u00e9chauffer. Maintenant, ce qui n'a pas trop bien march\u00e9. La cassolette de thon, pas la meilleure id\u00e9e. Un go\u00fbt trop fort d\u00e8s le premier jour. Au deuxi\u00e8me jour : elle n'a pas daign\u00e9 se pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 table\u2026 Juste une petite m\u00e9saventure au r\u00e9chauffage, oupssss\u2026 On fait l'inventaire de ce qu'on a d\u00fb inventer \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute. Si c'\u00e9tait r\u00e9ussi, facile \u00e0 faire. On devrait garder sous la main quelques recettes rapides, juste au cas o\u00f9. Et surtout, mener un petit sondage pour savoir ce que tout le monde aurait aim\u00e9 retrouver au menu. Bien s\u00fbr, les go\u00fbts peuvent changer. Mais une chose est s\u00fbre, la plupart des plats figurant sur la liste des 10 meilleurs choix seront toujours un succ\u00e8s l'ann\u00e9e prochaine !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-heading\">On simplifie.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">On se pr\u00e9voit toute une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de bouch\u00e9es ap\u00e9ritives. Celles qui peuvent \u00eatre aussi utilis\u00e9es accompagn\u00e9es d'une bonne portion de riz ou de grains pour transformer ces amuse-gueules en vrai repas, en un rien de temps. Bouch\u00e9es de porc hach\u00e9 \u00e0 l'antillaise. Qui se marient \u00e0 merveille avec une belle portion de riz au jasmin et quelques l\u00e9gumes verts. Morue sal\u00e9e aux cives et piment. Une recette infaillible qui pla\u00eet \u00e0 tous les palais, sur des toasts de seigle individuels. Et qui va tout aussi bien avec de bonnes pommes de terre chaudes et fondantes, et une savoureuse sauce au citron vert. Tartare de saumon nich\u00e9 dans des tortillas cr\u00e9meuses. Qui s\u00e9duit aussi bien les yeux que les papilles. Mais tout aussi app\u00e9tissant avec un riche gratin dauphinois ou accompagn\u00e9 de p\u00e2tes fra\u00eeches. Tant de choix peuvent faire double emploi et relever un petit en-cas sans pr\u00e9tention \u00e0 un tout autre niveau, allant des visites \u00e0 l'improviste aux rassemblements plus sophistiqu\u00e9s. Et bien s\u00fbr tout cela peut se congeler facilement, ce qui rend les d\u00eeners de derni\u00e8re minute d'autant plus facile. Impeccable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-heading\">On planifie. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">L'avantage de se construire un menu un peu \u00e0 l'avance, c'est de pouvoir pr\u00e9parer certains plats au pr\u00e9alable. Certains plats qui peuvent durer un bon moment lorsqu'ils sont correctement congel\u00e9s ou mis en conserve. On peut donc commencer \u00e0 faire le plein de victuailles assez t\u00f4t pour all\u00e9ger un peu notre temps pass\u00e9 en cuisine \u00e0 l'approche des f\u00eates. Et pour ce qu'on devra pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute, on commence \u00e0 dresser la liste de nos meilleures recettes des f\u00eates d\u00e8s maintenant. \u00c9laborer petit \u00e0 petit un livre de recettes de No\u00ebl bien \u00e0 nous avec toutes ces trouvailles. On pourrait m\u00eame d\u00e9cider, \u00e0 partir de maintenant, de passer du cadeau traditionnel \u00e0 des confections maison. Un petit coup de g\u00e9nie pour se pr\u00e9parer un meilleur No\u00ebl autour de bons petits plats \u00e0 table ! Confectionner quelque chose qu'on r\u00e9ussit bien. Quelque chose qui est facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter joliment, et facile \u00e0 conserver. Des friandises qui sauront contenter nos chers bec sucr\u00e9s. Offrir des produits alimentaires est une merveilleuse fa\u00e7on de faire un cadeau \u00e9galement <a href=\"https:\/\/islandstocottages.com\/fr\/durabilite\/\">durable<\/a>. Bye Bye consommation de masse et bonjour minimalisme, rien \u00e0 magasiner, rien \u00e0 emmagasiner ! Une belle s\u00e9lection d'\u00e9pices, du chocolat de qualit\u00e9, de l'extrait de vanille pure, un sac de riches grains de caf\u00e9 - ou moulu s'ils n'ont pas de moulin \u00e0 caf\u00e9 -, une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de th\u00e9s en vrac, etc. Un panier de produits de la table sera \u00e0 la fois utile et pr\u00e9cieux tout au long de l'ann\u00e9e, sans pour autant devoir encombrer.
