R\u00e9nover selon les <a href=\"https:\/\/islandstocottages.com\/fr\/concept-universel\/\">principes de concept universel,<\/a> c'est (re)cr\u00e9er un monde adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 nos besoins. C'est s'appuyer sur des concepts infaillibles qui ne vieillissent pas. Ceux-ci nous aident plut\u00f4t \u00e0 vieillir dans notre propre espace, en toute s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9. Ils nous permettent d'am\u00e9liorer notre confort et notre joie de vivre en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9valuer nos murs. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">La valeur de revente de notre demeure est une bonne chose \u00e0 garder en t\u00eate d'une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Mais, en fin de compte, c'est bel et bien nous qui vivons actuellement dans l'espace. Des souhaits universels qui fonctionnent pour n'importe quel style de vie aussi. Tant qu'on s'en tient au bon sens et aux normes de r\u00e9novation de conception universelle, il y a de fortes chances pour qu'une am\u00e9lioration de notre demeure aujourd'hui puisse pr\u00e9venir des travaux ult\u00e9rieurs pour un espace qui \u00e9tait au d\u00e9part mal con\u00e7u et mal planifi\u00e9. Ou encore qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9nov\u00e9 selon une mauvaise approche, simplement pour r\u00e9pondre aux normes momentan\u00e9es d'un march\u00e9 tr\u00e8s fluctuant et tr\u00e8s impressionnable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9quilibre entre style et fonctionnalit\u00e9. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Une r\u00e9novation de style est bas\u00e9e sur la mode du jour. Et quelques mois plus tard, la m\u00eame maison se retrouve une fois de plus en pleines r\u00e9novations, mais cette fois afin de rendre l'espace plus personnalis\u00e9 pour les nouveaux propri\u00e9taires. Une quantit\u00e9 incroyable de temps, de ressources et d'argent gaspill\u00e9s pour un double emploi absolument \u00e9vitable, et totalement inutile. Un g\u00e2chis qui aurait pu \u00eatre \u00e9pargn\u00e9 si seulement le projet avait \u00e9t\u00e9 correctement pens\u00e9 et ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 en premier lieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liste de souhaits universels. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Un espace fonctionnel ne devrait n\u00e9cessiter que des ajustements mineurs pour s'adapter au mode de vie de la plupart des gens. Concept \u00e0 aire ouverte pour une navigation ais\u00e9e. D\u00e9penses \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques faibles. Facilit\u00e9 d'entretien. <a href=\"https:\/\/islandstocottages.com\/fr\/chemin-vers-la-chambre\/\">Circulation fluide<\/a> entre les pi\u00e8ces, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Ce ne sont que quelques-uns des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de base que tout le monde serait ravi d'avoir dans sa maison actuelle ou dans la prochaine. M\u00eame si on ne retrouve pas forc\u00e9ment ces crit\u00e8res, pourtant simples, dans la majorit\u00e9 de nos logements. Entreprendre une r\u00e9novation avec des concepts communs de design universel est une excellente strat\u00e9gie pour minimiser les besoins futurs de remise en \u00e9tat du logement en soi. \u00c7a fait gagner du temps. Et de l'argent. Et surtout \u00e7a fait \u00e9conomiser des ressources, afin de pouvoir contr\u00f4ler une partie de notre <a href=\"https:\/\/islandstocottages.com\/fr\/durabilite\/\">empreinte \u00e9cologique<\/a> qui doit in\u00e9vitablement \u00eatre prise en charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Une r\u00e9novation commence avant tout par le d\u00e9sir d'am\u00e9liorer notre qualit\u00e9 de vie. D'am\u00e9liorer certains aspects de notre routine afin que le reste puisse se mettre en place en douceur. Alors le bon sens c'est de bien y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, \u00e0 l'avance.
