C'est dit ! Lors du prochain nettoyage de printemps (plus que 41 jours avant le beau temps !), on s'en tient \u00e0 nos bonnes habitudes durables et on ne garde que le strict n\u00e9cessaire dans les placards. On s\u2019en retrouvera all\u00e9g\u00e9, aussi bien physiquement que mentalement. Et \u00e7a nous fera gagner un temps fou de ne pas avoir \u00e0 chercher nos articles essentiels au quotidien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En route pour le d\u00e9lestage.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Comment on y arrive ? La meilleure m\u00e9thode reste encore de placer tous nos accessoires dans des cartons, d\u00fbment \u00e9tiquet\u00e9s selon les pi\u00e8ces d'o\u00f9 ils proviennent. Les gadgets de cuisine, les articles de papeterie, l'artisanat oubli\u00e9 et m\u00eame les accessoires vestimentaires. Tout y passe ! On place les bo\u00eetes dans un endroit peu utilis\u00e9 ou dans le sous-sol si on en a un. Quel est le but d'aller encombrer une pi\u00e8ce de plus ? Une chose \u00e0 la fois, et tout va se mettre en place en temps voulu\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alors, quand un article nous fait d\u00e9faut, on laisse faire pour la premi\u00e8re fois. On ne touche \u00e0 rien. Si le besoin se refait sentir rapidement, on fait l\u2019effort d\u2019aller chercher l\u2019article dans la bo\u00eete et on le r\u00e9int\u00e8gre dans la pi\u00e8ce o\u00f9, clairement, il m\u00e9rite sa place<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On laisse passer 3 mois et on fait l\u2019inventaire de nos cartons pour les laisser aller leur bonhomme de chemin. Les articles sentimentaux iront \u00e0 la famille et aux amis. Les articles sans valeur \u00e9motionnelle outre mesure mais de bonne qualit\u00e9 iront aux dons. Seuls les articles inutilisables qui ne justifient plus leur place dans notre espace, ou dans un autre, iront au recyclage ou \u00e0 la poubelle selon leur mat\u00e9riau de fabrication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Double emploi.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cette m\u00e9thode vraiment simple de faire le vide s\u2019inscrit \u00e0 la fois dans nos efforts de pleine conscience<\/a> et de durabilit\u00e9<\/a>. En r\u00e9duisant notre inventaire on s\u2019\u00e9pargne des s\u00e9ances de frustration au quotidien et on am\u00e9liore l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de notre espace pour pouvoir en profiter plus. Mais en r\u00e9alisant combien de choses emplissent nos bo\u00eetes une fois les trois mois pass\u00e9s, on peut se rendre compte de fa\u00e7on drastique de l\u2019accumulation de choses inutiles<\/a> dans nos int\u00e9rieurs. Ceci nous encourage donc \u00e0 r\u00e9duire notre d\u00e9sir de r\u00e9investir dans ce m\u00eame type d\u2019articles superflus, et \u00e0 \u00e9viter ainsi de prendre une part active \u00e0 une surconsommation<\/a> globale d'article somme toute non essentiels \u00e0 notre quotidien. Cela nous aide \u00e9galement \u00e0 relativiser notre besoin d\u2019accumuler des choses et d\u00e9veloppe notre humilit\u00e9 face \u00e0 une d\u00e9pendance certaine aux articles accessoires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
