Mais manger dehors a des r\u00e9percussions aussi bien sur notre environnement que sur notre portefeuille. Alors comment profiter pleinement d'un repas \u00e0 emporter ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le panier pique-nique.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">D\u00eener dehors, c'est agr\u00e9able. Et c'est une diversion bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9e apr\u00e8s une rude semaine de travail. Sortir de notre train train de temps en temps est vraiment s\u00e9duisant. Sortir un peu de l'ordinaire. Sortir de table tout simplement. Manger \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur c'est rompre un peu la monotonie de notre routine. Et c'est bon pour le moral, quand on a un petit coup de blues, quand le temps n'aide pas trop\u2026 C'est aussi un beau moment \u00e0 partager. Un de ces petits plaisirs de la vie dont on peut profiter en toute simplicit\u00e9. Du moment que l'on apporte notre propre repas !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">On appr\u00e9cie vraiment manger loin de chez nous ? Alors on prend l'habitude de se pr\u00e9parer un bon pique-nique. C'est tellement agr\u00e9able ! En ligne on peut trouver des tonnes d'id\u00e9es de menu et d'endroit o\u00f9 poser notre couverture pour profiter d'un repas al fresco, ici m\u00eame, dans la MRH. Tout un monde \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir, des exp\u00e9riences culinaires in\u00e9dites, rien que dans les amuse-gueule par exemple. Pour une sortie repas en toute simplicit\u00e9, on pense petites bouch\u00e9es, on pense facile \u00e0 manipuler. Et surtout, facile \u00e0 transporter et \u00e0 manger en public. On s'essaye au plus t\u00f4t pour se sortir un peu de l'ordinaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Couverts r\u00e9utilisables.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Saviez-vous que la nourriture a bien meilleur go\u00fbt quand on mange avec de vrais couverts en m\u00e9tal ? Des \u00e9tudes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es, (oui, des \u00e9tudes, au pluriel, rien que \u00e7a) r\u00e9v\u00e9lant que le poids de la fourchette et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9talliques rendent les plats plus savoureux et plus faciles \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer que s'ils sont consomm\u00e9s avec des couverts en plastique. De plus, d'un point de vue \u00e9cologique, le fait de limiter l'utilisation de couverts jetables r\u00e9duit <a href=\"https:\/\/islandstocottages.com\/fr\/regard-sur-nos-biens-materiels\/\">la consommation d'articles \u00e0 usage unique<\/a>, nous donnant ainsi au niveau personnel et communautaire le pouvoir de nous prononcer sur un probl\u00e8me global et de l'influencer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Alors on <a href=\"https:\/\/islandstocottages.com\/fr\/repenser-nos-dechets\/\">renonce aux essentiels jetables<\/a> de nos lunchs sur le pouce et on se souvient d'apporter nos couverts et autres accessoires ( <a href=\"https:\/\/islandstocottages.com\/fr\/boutique\/serviette-cocktail-tissu-2\/\">serviettes<\/a> etc. ) lors de notre prochain repas dehors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pause caf\u00e9.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Si vous ne pouvez pas vous passer de votre caf\u00e9 \u00e0 emporter quand vous sortez faire des courses, assurez-vous d'apporter votre propre tasse. Des millions de tasses jetables sont utilis\u00e9es chaque jour pour se retrouver dans la premi\u00e8re poubelle venue, ou plus r\u00e9alistement, dans le caniveau le plus proche, quelques minutes seulement apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 achet\u00e9es. Il y a de bien meilleures options maintenant sur le march\u00e9 que les vieux mod\u00e8les en polystyr\u00e8ne, c'est vrai. Mais m\u00eame la tasse biod\u00e9gradable la mieux pens\u00e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/islandstocottages.com\/fr\/prendre-le-virage-vert\/\">aura d\u00fb \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9e<\/a> \u00e0 l'origine, ce qui implique production industrielle et fabrication en usine, demandes en \u00e9nergie et gaspillage des ressources. On y ajoute tous les besoins en exp\u00e9dition et entreposage, et \u00e7a nous donne des pertes monumentales en ressources pour seulement quelques minutes de vie utile. Juste pour un petit caf\u00e9. Peu importe s'il \u00e9tait bon. il n'en valait certainement pas la peine\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Alors on investit dans une jolie tasse \u00e0 emporter. Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rablement sur le <a href=\"https:\/\/islandstocottages.com\/fr\/pourquoi-acheter-local\/\">march\u00e9 local<\/a>. Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rablement <a href=\"https:\/\/islandstocottages.com\/fr\/acheter-neuf-ou-usage\/\">d'occasion<\/a>. On en choisit une qui nous pla\u00eet bien. On s'assure d'\u00eatre s\u00e9duit pour avoir envie de l'utiliser encore et encore. On la prend de bonne qualit\u00e9, bien entendu, et faite pour durer. Une tasse artisanale, pourquoi pas, et on d\u00e9guste notre <a href=\"https:\/\/islandstocottages.com\/fr\/un-bon-cafe\/\">bon petit caf\u00e9<\/a> ! Et pour les amateurs de chocolat\u2026 Saviez-vous que des \u00e9tudes indiquent que le chocolat chaud a meilleur go\u00fbt dans une tasse orange ? Alors on n'h\u00e9site plus, on se procure notre tasse \u00e0 emporter - orange ! - et on s'offre la meilleure tasse de cacao de l'ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9jeuner sur le pouce.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Saviez-vous que les d\u00e9jeuners pris sur le pouce ont un impact de taille sur notre environnement et sur notre portefeuille ? Selon le dernier sondage de Statistiques Canada en mati\u00e8re de budget alimentaire, les d\u00e9penses li\u00e9es aux achats de lunchs \u00e0 emporter comptent en moyenne pour 25 % des d\u00e9penses alimentaires des m\u00e9nages au Canada. Un quart du budget alimentaire ! C'est beaucoup. Et niveau \u00e9cologique, m\u00eame si les lois sont en train de changer rapidement, il reste que pour le moment les repas \u00e0 emporter viennent encore dans des contenants jetables. Une empreinte \u00e9cologique bien trop copieuse pour notre ch\u00e8re plan\u00e8te\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Mais on peut changer la donne. Alors on fait notre part et on part d\u00e9sormais avec notre repas sous le bras ! Pas litt\u00e9ralement\u2026 Quoique ? Bref. \u00c0 partir de maintenant on double nos portions de pr\u00e9paration cuisine et la veille au soir on se r\u00e9serve une part du repas par t\u00eate pour un lunch r\u00e9confortant sur le go, pour toute la famille. On \u00e9quilibre ainsi nos apports alimentaires, on ne se laisse pas tenter par ce qui nous tombe sous les yeux - affam\u00e9s - \u00e0 midi, et on revigore notre bourse par la m\u00eame occasion. Pr\u00eats ?
