Encourager notre \u00e9quipe. <\/strong>Les joueurs ont besoin de notre soutien et de notre \u00e9nergie pour alimenter leur propre ardeur pendant la rencontre. Il n'y a aucun mal \u00e0 soutenir notre \u00e9quipe lorsqu'on le fait de fa\u00e7on respectueuse et avec sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9. Et encourager une belle action de l'\u00e9quipe adverse est tout aussi important. Ceci met l'emphase sur le jeu en soi en faisant fi des partis pris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>2. Ne pas trop en faire, ne pas en faire trop peu. <\/strong>Soutenir notre \u00e9quipe jusqu'au bout est naturel et n\u00e9cessaire. Trouver un juste milieu pour soutenir tous les joueurs pr\u00e9sents sur le terrain contribuera grandement \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite de l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement, quel qu\u2019en soit le r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>3. Soutenir sans offenser.<\/strong> C'est bien de mettre en valeur une belle action, peu importe de quel c\u00f4t\u00e9 elle vient. Mais certaines fa\u00e7ons de l'exprimer peuvent affecter n\u00e9gativement le reste de l\u2019auditoire, y compris les joueurs. Les cloches m\u00e9talliques, les sifflets ou autres dispositifs sonores peuvent \u00eatre per\u00e7us comme agressifs, de m\u00eame que les effets de voix d\u00e9mesur\u00e9s. Mais cela ne veut pas dire qu'ils ou elles sont toujours capables d\u2019\u00e9mettre une opinion juste en tout temps ou d'agir en toute impartialit\u00e9. Des erreurs peuvent \u00eatre commises et de nombreux facteurs peuvent influencer le jugement des officiels. Ceci peut \u00eatre frustrant pour les joueurs comme pour les membres du public. Si une d\u00e9cision semble injuste, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de ni la condamner, ni la soutenir, quel que soit le c\u00f4t\u00e9 qu'il affecte, les adversaires ou notre propre \u00e9quipe. Un match se doit d'\u00eatre gagn\u00e9 sur des bases \u00e9quitables et des d\u00e9cisions douteuses de la part des arbitres ne devraient pas avoir d'impact sur la performance des joueurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>7. Se placer avec bon sens.<\/strong> Si les partisans des \u00e9quipes ont tendance \u00e0 se regrouper par \u00e9quipe, il peut \u00eatre judicieux de s'en tenir au c\u00f4t\u00e9 privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 par la n\u00f4tre. Que ce soit dans le m\u00eame domaine d'activit\u00e9 ou dans quelque chose de totalement diff\u00e9rent. Alors on se d\u00e9cide \u00e0 passer un moment agr\u00e9able, on tire le meilleur parti de ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements r\u00e9currents et on construit des relations constructives tout au long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>9. Accepter la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9.<\/strong> Avoir l'esprit de comp\u00e9tition est un atout et un outil fantastique pour endosser un mode de vie \u00e9panouie.
