Douche rapide : r\u00e9duire efficacement notre consommation d'eau<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

En gros, on essaie de rester dans le cr\u00e9neau de ces quelques minutes sous l'eau courante, sans trop d\u00e9passer. 5 minutes, c'est bien assez pour un bon lavage en profondeur. Mais si \u00e7a nous semble trop peu, \u00e7a vaudrait bien la peine de remettre en question nos habitudes. On peut tenter de comprendre les raisons qui justifient nos longues ablutions ? Ou peut-\u00eatre \u00eatre plus efficace avec le temps allou\u00e9 ? On peut, par exemple, se procurer \u2013 ou fabriquer \u2013 un gant de toilette<\/a>, pour exfolier en douceur et avec diligence notre peau, pour un effet fra\u00eecheur garanti. Au final : un temps de douche acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 et un r\u00e9sultat impeccable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alors, si l'on est adepte des longues douches, on se penche sur le sujet pour en comprendre les raisons. Pourquoi aime-t-on tant ces luxueuses et co\u00fbteuses indulgences ? Peut-\u00eatre parce que l'on perd totalement la notion du temps une fois que l'eau commence \u00e0 couler ? Ou peut-\u00eatre que l'on appr\u00e9cie tout particuli\u00e8rement la sensation rassurante de l'eau qui enrobe notre corps, un excellent anti-stress soit dit en passant, surtout apr\u00e8s une journ\u00e9e de travail longue et laborieuse. Ou bien c'est peut-\u00eatre \u00e0 cause de douleurs musculaires. Ou encore simplement parce qu'il fait froid dans la salle de bain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une petite exp\u00e9rience : imaginons un instant que l'eau de la douche commence \u00e0 arriver froide, pour quelque raison que ce soit. Une chose est s\u00fbre, l'affaire va rapidement \u00eatre conclue ! On coupe l'eau vite fait bien fait et on saute hors de la douche pour s'enrouler dans une serviette illico presto ! Pour \u00eatre r\u00e9aliste, la plupart du temps, on repousse la fin de la douche pour ne pas avoir \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 l'environnement plus froid et pas vraiment confortable qui nous attend au-dehors. On prolonge l'exp\u00e9rience aussi longtemps que possible pour retarder le moment de sortir de notre enceinte douillette. Ceci est en soi assez \u00e9clairant sur les raisons qui motivent nos longues douches, et franchement assez simple \u00e0 r\u00e9gler. Alors on anticipe et on s'assure d'augmenter l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la salle de bain avant de se glisser sous la douche. Non seulement ce sera plus agr\u00e9able d'en sortir, mais cela nous permettra petit \u00e0 petit de profiter du moment sans pour autant en redouter la fin. De plus, ceci aide \u00e0 \u00e9liminer efficacement l'humidit\u00e9 ambiante excessive de la pi\u00e8ce et donc \u00e0 combattre les moisissures r\u00e9siduelles pouvant r\u00e9sulter d'une longue exposition \u00e0 l'eau. Choisir sa pomme de douche.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Investir dans une pomme de douche \u00e0 faible d\u00e9bit est un excellent moyen de r\u00e9duire le temps de douche et d'\u00e9conomiser sur la consommation d'eau en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. De nombreux mod\u00e8les sont disponibles sur le march\u00e9. On choisit une version qui offrira la possibilit\u00e9 de se d\u00e9tacher du mur pour faciliter le processus de nettoyage du bain, pour un entretien en profondeur r\u00e9gulier. Ceci rend l'exp\u00e9rience encore plus agr\u00e9able et plus saine \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
