C'est aussi une formidable opportunit\u00e9 de se procurer des produits frais \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e longue, directement \u00e0 la source. La cl\u00e9 est de s'appliquer \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer autant d'aliments que possible le jour de leur arriv\u00e9e, afin qu'ils restent frais et qu'ils se conservent. On commence par cuire les aliments les plus fragiles et on laisse les plus r\u00e9sistants pour la fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ouvrir nos papilles \u00e0 de nouvelles saveurs.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Pas un gros fan de tout ce qu'il y a dans le panier ? On n'a pas l'habitude d'acheter ou de manipuler r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement certains de ces ingr\u00e9dients ? Eh bien, c'est la partie la plus amusante ! On essaie de travailler avec des produits peu communs (pour nous) et se booste pour varier un peu nos assiettes en repoussant notre zone de confort. On se motive \u00e0 explorer de nouveaux horizons. Au final, on d\u00e9couvrira tr\u00e8s probablement \u2013 ou on red\u00e9couvrira \u2013 une saveur oubli\u00e9e avec laquelle on pourra (re)tomber en amour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Du congel\u00e9 pour les cong\u00e9s.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Une bonne recette qui permet de congeler un repas pour les jours compliqu\u00e9s est le v\u00e9ritable Graal de toute famille press\u00e9e. Pas le temps de pr\u00e9parer le d\u00eener ce soir ? Pas de probl\u00e8me, on d\u00e9cong\u00e8le un repas surgel\u00e9 fait maison et on profite d'un moment r\u00e9confortant tous ensemble, sans obligation derri\u00e8re les fourneaux. Sur cette note, les soupes sont un excellent moyen de r\u00e9inventer les restes et un jeu d'enfant \u00e0 congeler. R\u00e9partir en portions individuelles et d\u00e9congeler la veille pour un d\u00e9jeuner sain et nutritif, sur le pouce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Les salades vertes sont un ap\u00e9ritif parfait pour le d\u00eener pour augmenter notre consommation de crudit\u00e9s.
