Et finalement cela nous donne le temps de marquer une pause et d'analyser le chemin parcouru jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Et puisque la durabilit\u00e9 est un parcours ax\u00e9 sur la pleine conscience plut\u00f4t qu'une s\u00e9rie d'actions impulsives, faire nos premiers pas vers un mode de vie durable, une \u00e9tape \u00e0 la fois, nous donnera les meilleures chances de succ\u00e8s dans notre objectif de nous pr\u00e9parer pour un avenir plus vert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compartimenter en toute simplicit\u00e9.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">De nombreuses approches peuvent \u00eatre choisies pour devenir \u00e9coresponsable au quotidien. Ou tout au moins plus vert qu'avant, pour celles et ceux d'entre nous qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 entrepris leur \u00e9pop\u00e9e. Et lorsqu'il s'agit de faire les premiers pas vers un mode de vie durable \u00e0 la maison, par exemple, utiliser une approche compartiment\u00e9e et diviser le logement en pi\u00e8ces d'habitation est une voie \u00e0 la fois logique et ais\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Alors on revisite notre foyer sous un nouvel angle. On tente de se fixer des objectifs qui pourraient peut-\u00eatre para\u00eetre un peu intimidants au d\u00e9part. M\u00eame si de premier abord ils ne semblent pas pouvoir se conformer \u00e0 notre style, on pourrait bien se surprendre \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir une nouvelle facette de notre personnalit\u00e9 qu'on n'aurait jamais cru capable de faire <em>\u00c7A<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Profiter du moment.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Et surtout, on n'oublie pas qu'il s'agit d'un choix qu'on est enti\u00e8rement libre de faire plut\u00f4t que d'une charge suppl\u00e9mentaire pos\u00e9e sur nos \u00e9paules. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">On avance \u00e0 notre propre rythme et on exp\u00e9rimente jusqu'\u00e0 trouver le bon \u00e9quilibre.
